How it works
- Start a new return using the Online Returns Form and locate your order.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
- Pack your items and be sure to include the packing slip. We will email you a Returns label to tape to the package.
- You will be notified once we receive your return. We’re usually able to process most returns within 72 hours of them arriving.
