Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

City Chic Collective actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products. To become an ambassador, you must: 

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have read, understood, and agreed to the below terms. 
• Be in good standing with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 
• Have your own social media accounts

As a brand ambassador of the company you agree to the below terms: 

• Ambassador grants City Chic Collective exclusive right to use (or sub-license to partners of City Chic Collective) in perpetuity, the videos and images produced as part of this contract, in whole or in part. Usage may include but not be limited to; social media platforms, social media advertising, store and centre advertising (in-store TVs & plasma screens), general brand advertising, website and email. Imagers may be refined and adjusted to align with advertising and branding aesthetics. This is at the brands discretion without prior notice. No additional remuneration shall be payable for such use of videos and images.
• City Chic Collective reserves the right to discontinue any relationship at its own discretion at any time without prior notification. This may result in the removal of all content.
• City Chic Collective reserves the right to update their terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice or consent of ambassadors.
